Anchor bolts are fabricated to ASTM F1554 (Grades 36, 55, 105), with A36, A572 Grade 50, A193 B7, A354 BC, A193 B8 and B8M, A320 B8 and B8M, L7 and L43, 1011 and 1018, and 304/316 stainless available on spec. Structural steel is fabricated to A992 Grade 50, A500, and A53 in shapes like angle, beam, channel, pipe, and flatbar. Hot-dip galvanizing is performed in-house per ASTM A123 (fabricated steel), A153 (bolts, nuts, washers), F2329, and A767 (rebar).
A Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is an individual credentialed by the American Welding Society to inspect welds against the applicable code. Having a CWI on staff means weld inspection happens in-house, by a qualified inspector, before parts ship, one more layer of accountability on every fabricated assembly.
