Most anchor bolt suppliers fabricate in one place and ship the parts to an outside galvanizer. That hand-off adds a queue, a truck, and a scheduling dependency you do not control. At Madden Bolt, hot-dip galvanizing happens in-house, the kettle has run on the same property as the fabrication shop since 2007.
Anchor bolts, rods, embeds, and rebar cages are fabricated, threaded, and galvanized per ASTM A123, A153, F2329, and A767 on the same property they were built on. One QC team signs off from raw steel to finished part, zinc-coating thickness stays consistent lot to lot, and there are zero third-party scheduling delays.
For LNG terminals, power generation, and petrochemical projects working to tight schedules, that single-source advantage is the difference between a part that ships this week and one that waits in someone else’s line.
