In 2021, Madden Bolt added a dedicated rebar facility to expand capacity and shorten lead times. The facility handles our #14J and #18J anchor bolt cages, assembled, welded, and tagged under one roof, including utility pole anchor cages. Rebar threading is its own capability: we thread #3 through #18J bar, plus dual-thread bars, one or both ends.
Every cage is designed by the project’s engineers for the ground it’s going into and the loads it has to carry. We build to the customer’s drawings, bar pattern, bolt circle, and projection, exactly as detailed. Paired with our in-house galvanizing, that means a single-source package for transmission, foundation, and pole applications, delivered on the fast-track schedules these projects demand.
Four generations in, the discipline is the same as it was on Freeman Street in 1942: do more under one roof than any one shop is supposed to.
